Change ip of TS in Dedicate Machine (Games).

Hi to all.
I install today the ts server in Debian GNU/linux and has install well!!
Because any important problem with the ip of Machine.It have two dedicated ip (213.149.249.81 and 213.149.249.89) and always we have the 213.149.249.89 ip.The peole meets us with this ip.
Does anyone know how to change ip to other ip?.The Machine only works with the firts of ip(213.149.249.81) and i don't know how to change to 213.149.249.89 ip.
