Ok, I've been using TeamSpeak perfectly fine for atleast 3-4 months now. All of the sudden about 2 weeks ago everytime I would connect to TeamSpeak whenever I connect to the server it would lag for 1-2 seconds while connecting, when it usually connected instantly, and also everyones voice is REALLY choppy and barely understandable AT ALL. I tried TeamSpeak on Ubuntu 8.10 x64 that I have dual-booted on this machine and it works perfectly fine so it isn't my internet connection. I have tried changing codecs and uninstalling/reinstalling TeamSpeak 3-4 times now. My packetloss has been anywhere between 1-5% and ping upwards in 2000ms when I used to have at most .05% packetloss before this mysterious problem popped up. Also tried using Ventrilo with a couple friends and it works perfectly so I am pretty sure for some reason TeamSpeak is somehow being limited bandwidth for some reason, i have unlimited bandwidth set in options, so any ideas?

TeamSpeak client log:
---------------------------------------------------------------
-------------- log started at 10-11-08 19:53 -------------

Error appears everytime I run TeamSpeak. Even if it is practically the only thing running.
I have 4GB of ram but of course since I am using 32-bit Windows it only sees 3.
So yeah, sorry for the long post but wanted to provide as much information as possible. Security wise I have Comodo Internet Security, Spybot's S&D real-time protection module called TeaTimer, and Avast! Professional Edition. TeamSpeak is a trusted application in Comodo Internet Security so that is no problem and I have had Avast! installed with no problem with their on-access protection.
