TeamSpeak seems to try to recolour the menu bar, making it quite unreadable with some theme setups. I use Windows XP with a light on grey theme. For reference, this is what my TeamSpeak window looks like (http://me.monoxide.ws/ts2-title.gif).

As the title says, unusable.

This is also happening to me. My theme uses white text and I cannot see the menu text. A common developer error is to hard code the background without hard coding the text. Could we please fix this as soon as possible.

That only occurs when you use A. a modified client ( which is not exactly allowed ) or B. have been playing with windows desktop colors. ( desktop properties > Appearance > advanced )

This is the official client, or so I assume, I downloaded it from TeamSpeak's servers at any rate.

or B. have been playing with windows desktop colors. ( desktop properties > Appearance > advanced )

What, we aren't allowed to theme our desktop?

I never said you aren't allowed to play with your desktop. Re-read it pls.

If you look closer then you see all program title bars will change colour also.

Naturally, but only TeamSpeaks is unreadable. The foreground (ie. text) colour is the exact same as the background, making it impossible to read.

This is normally caused by a programmer oversight: setting the background colour of the menu bar to their own arbitrary colour, and not setting the text colour as well because it looks fine on their machine.

Since TeamSpeak offers no method to theme itself (unless I'm missing something?), this is a critical error for those of us who have themed our computer to 'abnormal' colours that clash with the arbitrary colours chosen by the TeamSpeak developers. This is generally a very simple thing to fix, simply set the text to an arbitrary colour too, instead of system defaults.

I doubt that it is gonna be fixed, especially since it is not a critic issue.
But i see the teamspeak text just fine in your screenshot..
