Starting TS client

I just installed TS on TinyMe which is an Distro that works well on older HW.
I am not running KDE or Gnome and therefore I choose the option of not installing the KDE / Gnome interface with it.
Question: How do I start TS? I tried it several ways but I cannot get it to start.
Am I missing a lib?
