TS in perfect world on Vista

Hi me and a few mates have started paying a MMO called perfect world, when we go in game we can all hear each other but me and another guy who have vista cant be heard by anyone.

We can hear everyone else and when we alt-tab out of game everyone can hear us. I am presuming its a vista problem as everyone else is running XP.

Anyone got any ideas
