driver problems auto muted when entering ts

i get that problem when i try and load ts is u cant see or dont want to click it says

TDSoundOut.Open(DirectSoundCreate): No sound driver is available for use.

then when teamspeak loads it auto mutes my speakers/mic and i cant take it off

need help please and thankyou
