It worked before, but not now - Cant see other players in other channels

It worked perfect until I had to change servers.

We can't see other players located in other channels unless we go into that channel. We use to be able to see everyone, but now we can't. Even the Server Admin, of whom has all privelledges can't even see them.

Any suggestions?
