I have my server and all is working but, when i click on administration the site is not opening or its a error adress.

http://localhost:14534/slogin.html

Try 127.0.0.1:14534/slogin.html
Maybe to localhost isnt binded in Windows Hosts.

Here you can bind it again to localhost.
For Vista And XP the same:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Open Hosts with notepad.
Add:
127.0.0.1 localhost
