Can't Renew IP on Server

Hey,
Been trying to set up a free teamspeak for my buddies out of state. I've been trying to reset the IP, but it won't let me renew. All I can get is my local IP. Can anyone help?

Ok. I`ve had this problem before too. On your server icon, at the bottom right, Right click, you`ll see, IPS, Or something IP, The one with the world icon is the your ip they should connect to. Make sure you foward ports, 14534, 51234, 8767! Contact me on msn messenger @ fsxnavyblueangels********.com for further assistance.

Get your IP from services like http://www.whatismyip.org - the TS Server does not provide the "external IP detection" service anymore.

ok guys, thanks, but now it says that teamspeak isn't running on my server. I went through the public servers list and found the IP and tried to login on that ip, but I had everything running and still I could not log on

"Public servers" service isn't reliable ATM, read what Peter said.
