As far as i know, someone can correct me if i'm wrong, you can't just rent a PC and put whatever you want on it. Usually you rent them pre-defined. You want a teamspeak server therefore you'd rent a box with TS on it already. You can always use a public teamspeak server as well and create your own channel.
