ok i know this isnt nothing to do with teamspeak and i figured you guys are like professsionals with dealing with soundcards and problems and such so i figured id ask, ok i got a compaq it has a crappy onboard sound card ESS Allegro PCI (WDM), ES 1989 Allegro-AudioDrive and ive tried 4 different mics and they wont work ne any program i try i used sound recorder msn yahoo virtual talker and TS and no1 can hear me..i was wondering if you had ne ideas..i made sure the mic was selected and YES its plugged in lmfao and its unmuted sound all the way up some1 told me i prolly just need a new sound card...i reformated like last month and before i did that my mic worked perfectly fine i dunno whats causing the problem . any help would be greatly appreciated.
