i have used TS for awhile now using windows xp. however i recently had to buy a new pc that has vista premium. my buddy bought the same model computer as me with same OS about 6 weeks before me. we can hear others talking on TS but they cannot hear us. can anyone help please.

You can try to run TS as admin, and in the local test do you hear yourself? I've heard of many issues with TS in Vista but I currently still have XP so I'm not an expert, just have a few suggestions that could work. :)

Try enabling mic boost and the recording level, which is in Recording Devices when you right click on your sound icon near your clock.

I'm having the same opposite problem, also with a vista pc...other people can hear me, but I can't hear them
what's really weird is that two days ago TS was working fine, now suddenly today I can't hear...
