Cant connect by external IP.

Well I had this working about 6 months ago. I ran a lot of servers off my computer, but now I cannot get it to connect via my external IP address. I have my IP but it will not connect. I have ports open:

I can connect via my internal network IP, but I cannot connect through my external IP (74.170.29.238)

I use http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com/?page=step1 I can pass the UDP port, but nothing else:

I can not figure out what the hell to do. I used this same router before, and it worked just fine. Its a Gateway 2 Wire.

Anyone that can help, that would be greatly appreciated. <3

you're not supposed to be able to connect through your external. You, yourself, are internal so you have to connect with your internal ip. Everyone else has to connect with external.

If i misunderstood your question then you're going to have to elaborate.
