Channels with members in, yet not showing members in the channel.

Hello all, I'm having an issue on my server whereby when someone moves to another room, the room will stay in the same state as if there's no one in there, I have to move down to see who's in the room. On other servers the players in the room are listed underneath, but not on my server - any idea why this is happening?
