Connection Error

my friend cant connect to my server for some odd reason
it keeps saying the server is either offline or team speak doesn't have the server
i know my server is online but he can't join it
any ideas?

I would start with looking at the error from your friends POV. So you're a client and you can't connect to the server. It says "No reply from server" . Try that. Read through the possible reasons, and in their it mentions the host side.
