superadmin password not working tried reinstalling software to get new one but not giving me one

When you reinstall make sure that everything is deleted.
Most likely the appdata is still there..


But where are you trying to login?
At the admin screen? Where the portnumber also is?
If so, click on the little link below that, Superadmin Login.


If you try to use it on the client, that's not gonna work. Superadmin is only for the webadministration.
