Message error

When I lunch teamspeak 2 RC2 this message error appears
Exception Processing message c 00000013 Parameters 75b1bf7c 4 75b1f7c 75b1f7c
How can I do?

Try redownloading the client and making sure that the sha hash is correct.

google hashcalc for figuring out the hash of the file.

please help me cause I don't understand how i can verify if sha hash (?) is correct

Click the downloads link and you will see two numbers under the name of what you are downloading.

One is the md5 and the other is sha1.

Use hashcalc >chose file>broswe find the TS exe and calculate. The sha1 hash should macht up with the one listed in the downloads section. Aslo make sure that you are using the most up to date client.
