How to make it so users can see other users in other channels?

This is driving me nuts. Users are complaining that they can only see who is in the channel they're currently in, and they want to be able to see everyone on the server (so do I as admin!). I can not for the life of me find a setting for this, not in the client or as a server flag.

In one of the screenshots on the main TS website, it shows players in multiple channels so there must be a way.

Where can I change this?

Change your server type from Public Server to Clan Server and restart the server.

One last question.. I'm SA and CA on the server, but when I right click on other users, I can't Auto-Op, Auto-Voice, Op or Voice anyone.. the only options available are Channel Admin and Server Admin. I have full privileges and the users are all registered. What's going on?

Channel must be moderated in order to use Operator and Voice settings.

however if you set channel as Moderated noone expect those with Voice rights can speak in there.
