here is a picture

now i'm sure i'm supposed to see my global IP but it's not there, can anyone assist, thanks

obviously the problem is I want others to be able to join my TS and I can't do that using the intranet ip. Port forwarding is not a problem

I "supose" you have some modem/router device connecting you to internet. That device gives the PCs connected to it IPs(192.168.1.x). It provides them the Internet.

well that device have the internet IP on it. So you would maybe like to check site like www.portforward.com and maybe for check www.whatismyip.com ....

in other words you need to know that device name and type .... yours internet IP ... setup portforward on that device and check if its working with like http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com/

if you run in problems post here name and type of modem/router and results of ts2test + some screenshots of the setup in portforward firewalls ....

look you only need to make sure that connections from internet will reach that server ip and port. server doesnt need to have that internet IP in list.
trust me in that.

Here is my port forwarding set up for TS

I don't know how to make sure that they reach the internet ip, is that still a port forwarding issue?

I expect you clicked on apply in portforward.
what is that action icon? what it means in there? enable/disable rule?

EDIT
then check the firewalls settings

naturally I clicked apply
the only icon there is the one with the red X over it and that is remove to remove a rule

My problem was I had 2 rules contradicting one another, I managed to fix it and get it all working, Thank you for your support

That was the first thing I noticed.
you've had "Any -> specific" rules in your portforward.
It should be 1:1 specific ports.
