unable to allow members to join

I downloaded the sever. and i can get in fine but when i give out my addy to other players it wont work... they cant get into ts. why is this it just started to happen a few weeks ago.. i tried to download the sever again and its the same thing.. can some one please help thank you:D

did you forward your ports? are you behind a firewall? What system are you running? did you search the forums? Did you look at the FAQ? What IP are you giving them?
