Server Issues

Good day, I am the admin of this Teamspeak server ( 216.6.226.108:9604 ).
It has been 2 days that we have not been able to use or get into the server, Why ?
I cant log into the admin page, cant get to the support area, cant do anything or get to anywhere to resolve this problem.

I Need someone to sort out this problem for me and get our server up and running again ASAP, or please let me know why and when it will be up and running again for us to use; Please email me and let me know why our server is not working, My email is ( cswiston@shaw.ca )

Well first things first, is it a hosted server from a company?
if so then contact them, as if you cant connect to the server how are we ment to!!

I see the ip seems to resolve to darkstar llc, so why not contact them??

Edit: Just been to their website, and yes their servers a screwed lol, maybe try a reliable hosting company.
