Speak issues

I cant hear my friend speaking on teamspeak while I can hear other people.
His microphone isnt muted and we checked his settings.
I can hear him on other audio chats.
He also uninstalled teamspeak and redownloaded and installed again.

Also the first time we spoke everything was fine.

Is there anything we can do about this?

has he tried using the microphone on other programs?

What settings have you checked? Did you check the ones on TS? Did you check the ones for his sound card control panel? Did you check windows settings? Could you provide a Screen shot of these settings?

We checked most of his TS settings, and he's able to hear me on like the MSN audiochat.

Also he's able to send voice messages to people in MSN so I dont think it's his mic. He can also hear US but we cant hear HIM.
