It is your Reputation. People can give and take away "points".

click on user CP ( just to the right of FAQ , Member List ect) and you'll see where people have given you and taken points.

I have a gray box in my user cp. I assume that's neutral but how can you give neutral 'reputation'?

Don't let the 'reputation' points get to ya. Nobody really uses them anymore that i know of. For all we know, you can be the new channel commander :p

People higher rep only affect your "points." I can bring ZeroTKA's up and down but Dayofwords can not.

imagine person came here ask for help. then the person get it and yet the guy get only neutral points yay.

I can imagine that people smarter here can give points is good way of filtering someone spamming for reputation but still it have two sides.
like me who propably doesnt gonna get much rep. from others with higher rep....

any hints about this?
