View Full Version : My third mouse wheel won't work on.......

Battlefield 1942 the it keeps using the wheelup button for some reason( like if I goto change a button setting it will put wheelup as the one I pressed) ....I tried the stuck shift key thing but it didn't work. Is there anything else I can do?

Do you per chance have a logitech mouse? If so, there have been certain issues in the past with the mouseware driver. Uninstalling the mouseware did help in this cases.

No, I've also tried several different mice.....even wireless.....although I haven't tried a usb mouse so maybe that would help I just thought there might be something in the settings i could change.

perhaps pressing num-lock helps in this case too :)

no problems here with various m$ mice, both ball and optical....

Nevermind guys...I decided to try and update my mouse drivers and after I did the problem stopped...thanks for the help anyways!

lol, why didn't you try that before?? I bet everyone thought you already used the latest driver-version :)

I figure I was up to date, I'm glad I decided to go back and check.........it's funny how one little thing can screw with ya so much :D
