Hi,
I had been set up well with TS, but had to reinstall the software this evening. When I attempted to regain comms with my group, my Nickname came up but I had a "Mute Speakers/Headphones" icon in place of the green light, and could not speak to anyone. I've tried almost everything to "unmute" my system, using every button I have plus going to the on line manual. The manual explains what "Mute" does in al lof its varied forms, but I can't find any information on how to get "unmuted." Any help will be most gratefully received. Thanks!
