Sound settings/codec/mic problems=santa cruz card by turtle beach

please some 1 tell me the correct settings that my soundcard has 2 have 2 run good sound good and others can hear me good. I cant seem 2 get it right . when i get the settings 2 sound good it make the game lag when the game settings r right my mic becomes staticy or blair s my teams speakers really loud from being just right PLEASE H

I suggest that you first try and find the correct place to post your question. Then you might consider writing it in halfway decent way so that people a) understand what you mean and b) dont get offended by mannor in which the question is written.

Meanwhile you might as well try the really nice search function on this board which will wield quite a few answers to your problem.
