How can I Register my channel?

I have a channel in the public #1.
I want that my channel allways will be avaible, that allways when i'll connect it will Give me an op.
How can I do that?

you can't register channels on the publics.
You aren't the only person who wants a registered channel and if registering channels is started once, the publics would be flooded with thousand of basically unused channels.
But you can always create your channel if it doesn't exist... If you want a registered channel, rent / host a server :p
