Hi, since yesterday that I can't connect to any server, my TS was running nicely when I went for a snack. 1 hour later my TS client is trying to reconect to the server, so i click OK, reconnect but an error message apears:

[14:41:28] Connecting to 200.43.192.179:8767
[14:41:31] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

I have read lots of post in the forum, but couldn't find any answer that would realy work. Its the first time this happens to me in the two years i have been using it.

It looks like your getting a timeout.

Usually you ( being the client trying to connect to a server ) you will not need to forward ports. So you are okay in that regards.

Are you using Wireless connection? If yes, then try to connect the modem directly to your pc.

Make sure Teamspeak is not being blocked by your firewalls.

I don't have an Ashampoo FireWal but make sure the TS is on the 'exceptions' or 'exclusions' list so that it does not interfere. If you want to do a quick test, turn off your firewalls and try to connect. If you can then add them to your exceptions list.

For Windows XP Firewall go to Start > control panel > security center > Windows firewall ( toward the very bottom ) > A window pops up and go to the tab Exceptions > Make sure that teamspeak is checked, if not then you may add it.

Also, as a side note, some anti-virus programs will block things like teamspeak unless you specify it's okay. Just another thing you might look into.

Thanks for the answer. Well I have checked all of my firewall conections and they are all "excluding" TS. My antivirus NOD32 didn't had it in the excetion tab, I put it there, but still can't connect. And no, im not with a
Wireless connection. Dont know what to do now.

EDIT: I have just checked on my brothers PC and it wordk, so its something about mine

At first I thought there were just something wrong with the server or
the client I downloaded was corrupted.

Then again, all my online games aren't working.
And they all have common message.
"cant connect to server".
Even my yahoo messenger isn't working.
It gives an error message:
"Messenger encountered a connection problem.
Please check the network connection and try again(81003004)"

And again I have no problem connecting to the internet.

I think it has something to do with my new isp.
I recently changed my isp because the other sucks.
Only to find out the new sucks even more.

So anyone have any ideas how to solve to problem?

Do you have something that blocks ports? I know that some software blocks everything unless you allow it to go through. Internet is pre programed to be allowed through.

hint: maybe the problem with new ISP lies at using proxies? or something...

hint: (that change)it did changed the network interface which is connected to the internet?

check: is the machine we are talking about here the same which is connected to the internet?

Turned off NOD32, also the Windows firewall and No, it doesnt work. I tried on my brothers PC (we are on lan) and in his PC it works. Maybe that can help you to solve my problem. Realy dont know what to do.

Anyone knows what to do.

Can you connect to any other servers?

1. TeamSpeak Public -1-
(voice.teamspeak.org:8767)
2. TeamSpeak Public -2-
(voice.teamspeak.org:10050)
3. TeamSpeak Public -3-
(voice.teamspeak.org:10060)

testing purpose can use even myne tpc.weby.net

anyway is it possible that all this troubles are related to UDP packets and your new ISP is blocking those??
ok, no cuz messenger is running over TCP most likely.

You can try something like TeamViewer (dont install it just run it)
if that will say ready for connection or something like that in left bottom corner then someone thru this app can take a look at your pc in way you propably imagine below Remote Support.

but on other hand it would be weird if that app will work without issues.

Ok.. Here are the results

[14:06:22] Connecting to voice.teamspeak.org:8767
[14:06:25] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

[14:07:01] Connecting to voice.teamspeak.org:10050
[14:07:04] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

[14:07:23] Connecting to voice.teamspeak.org:10060
[14:07:26] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
