Every time i try to even start teamspeak I get these two errors.

Every time i read postings like yours i ask myself:
- what os
- what service pack level
- what ts2 version
- what dx version
- did he use the forum search function, like in your case you would have found this:

-I saw that entree before I looked but I cant find my OS cd to extract the .dll from.

Sorry I meant Teamspeak RC2.

Yes all of my windows drivers and everything are updated.

yes i am having the exact same problem whenever i try to open the app. itbrings up those same to errors and i have also had all my drivers updated.

I haev Windows ME
Soundblaster PCI 128
and i haev the newest version of Teamspeak.

uh any help would be great and i tried extracting tht file from my cd but it seems not to exist on the Windows ME disk

why dont you just grab that file from a friend or some other pc in reach ?

WHERE? i can't even find the richedit.dll file on my computer or my win98se CD. u want me to ask a friend for it? what if they have ME can i use it still?

you will probably find the richedit.dll in one of those .cab files on your win98 se cd.
.cab (cabinet) is a microsoft packing format. there are several programs supporting this format, like christian ghislers excellent "total commander".
don't know if the win me richedit.dll might work, but why not give it a try?

There is no richedit.dll
but i did find
riched.dll, riched20.dll, and riched32.dll

i took a risk and extracted both the 20 and 32 into windows/system and it WORKS. ty for your help.
