yes i can connect to other servers.
define "others can"
like others from internet or they are in his home/LAN network or somehow close by?
if you got nothing agaist can I test? PM me with address
better option tell the guy or try
http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com/
with connection info for that server.
what are the results?? is there at least 1 success .... and that is at UDP test?

the others arent in his lan network and the test works for every test.
A. then it might be problem about your ISP and UDP packets.
B. maybe something near you is blocking UDPs
C. or you got some "weird" problem at your pc or your connection to the internet...
1. any further info like what network cards you got connected in your system? what IPs we are talking about?? (example of posting here IPs 172.16.x.10 or 192.168.x.1 or 88.101.x.x)
2. what Firewalls / antivirus ?
3. what modem/router if you have one??
4. do a one check for me : can you connect to his webadmin of TeamSpeak?? (I mean only open the address and do you see the page?)
X. last solution is remote with TeamViewer

1. no idea about what network card, my ip 192.168.x.2 thats lan
2. i use AVG free anti virus and windows defender...
3. i have a NTL modem and a Netgear WGR614 v9 router
4. yes
this is for C. option::
check portforwards on router/modem. make sure that the ones u dont use (not enabled) or dont need are not even listed.
// example portforward not enabled to one of pcs with ports 1 - x000 I think not sure now
try to make the best situation for checkup
- stop all downloads
- stop all downloads on all other pcs.
better could be to turn other pcs/devices using the internet or router off but its not required.
now try to use TeamSpeak. Result?
this is more or less 2 days old way I did on TeamViewer support to someone else here.
modem/router device was some LinkSys with xDSL connection but the type was very similiar to yours which is funny a bit
