Okay the problem is:
Every time i PTT (hotkey is Alt) Nothing happens , and it was workinf FINE yesterday , and whenever i push Alt , Fuck all happens, and neither does voice activation work, and Yes , my mic does work i have tested it, and this is pissing me off D=
And i HAVE reinstalled it.
this is fuking annoying - pls help , i bet there is a simple answer to solve this but it takes the piss honestly..

Volume manager >> in menu properties >
> recording make sure mic is checked ok>
make sure mic is checked(selected) as well. close Volume manager.

take a look in Teamspeak settings like Options and check what do you see ... Direct ? (or wave?) and what input / output device?

drop the attitude about this thread/post title of yours.
it is also not mistake/problem in teamspeak.
its userspace problem ... you maybe runned some audio editor which have changed recording device...

Also, does the green light appear and nothing comes out or does the green light not even light up anymore?

I had the same problem.I checked my mic settings in the "Open Volume Control" box they where all maxed.After a while of trying to mess with stuff I went back to the "Sounds and Audio Devices Properties" in "Settings/Control Panel" and went to the "Voice" tab and than clicked the "Volume..." button under "Voice Recording" and for whatever reason the Mic volume under this was set very low so I maxed it.I didn't know that there where two different volume controls for the microphone.I'm not talking about the Mic volume control that has a "Mute" checkbox at the bottom this one has a "Select" checkbox at the bottom.I know there are some who allready know this I didn't write this for you I wrote it for ppl like myself who may have not known or overlooked this.

1.Start/Settings/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices
2."Voice" tab/Under text "Voice recording" click "Volume..." button
3.Move slider to whatever level you like.

I guess whatever I installed or did somehow lowered this setting.Good luck.
