teamspeak doesnt work well

hello,

i just baught a headset and first time i got on ts everything workes fine but when i got in game (call of duty) they hear my game sounds.
Now i tried to fix that but now they cant hear me when im out game aswell.
plz sombody help me

wrong recording device/input of soundcard

Volume Manager in Windows. it is usually sitting near clock on right side of an task bar.
Use that and then in menu click properties. then change the playing to recording ( you can call this soundcard schemes ) then make sure that microphone there is checked click ok .
now you should see controls for recording inputs. so make sure its not checked in "mixer" or whatever but that it is checked below Mic / microphone controls(balance, volume)
