disconnect problem

Hi, hope someone can help us with this issue. Our server disconnects our members periodically, A couple don't have this problem. They can recconect by changing the last digit of the ip for the server from .2 to .10 and vise versa. The server gives a error message of, ( undefined internal error). thanks in advance Grampawolf.:D

No it does not. We have several game servers on the same box, and it's not a case of a server crash. Some people can just reconnect without changing anything, but others have to change the last didgit of the ip. How can the person reconnect if he changes the ip, doesn't make sense.
