Can't Connect "No reply from server(...)"

Since a couple of weeks, every time I try to connect to teampspeak it keep showing the message:

No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it


I try to turn off my firewall and antivirus but it shows the error again.
I can't fix this thing and I'm getting crazy! :confused:
