t/s worked at first, till I uninstalled and reinstalled program. It worked fine and dont remember now why I did do it. now I dbl click and t/s hangs and might lock up screen or not but either way it uses up 50% in task manger and only option is to manually reboot. i dbl click and splash comes up warning unsigned and run or cancel. duo core e6600 2,4ghz, evega 8800 512ddr2 vid. card,4gig ramm anti-virus avast free and windows firewall, both on and both off when trying all this over and over for 3 days , super frustrated now.. thank you for help. /bill also have always ran 2 computers at same time race in sim on 1 and have 3 chat clients running on other 1, i run reg. booster 2 and pcpitstop3. avast came up clean. and system restore to before i uninstalled made no difference I JUST RAN REG. I'm having problems understanding what you are saying.

You uninstalled TS and reinstalled TS and now when you double click on it, it will sometimes freeze and lock your system and sometimes it wont. Do you get an error message? When it doesn't lock up your system, it uses 50% cpu usage. Is that constantly or just every now and then? One core or both cores? 50% per core or 50% total?

I am unaware of what Reg Booster does. I'm sorry i can't help you with that part.

The only things that you've done over and over for 3 days is uninstall and reinstall TS ? You tried a restore point as well. You ran pcpitstop and did a virus scan and also Reg Booster. Anything else you have tried?

And what does pcpitstop do? Since we are at it, what does Reg Booster do? Clean your registry? You can be generic in your explanation of these three questions.

Are you saying that when you double click on the shortcut to TS, it says target not found? OR is this something the reg booster is saying about the shortcut?
