Error, Server may be offline.

I just recently made a server for my clan. I can log on fine into the server whether I sign in under the admin, superadmin, or using no login in name at all. My clan members keep getting the message that the server my be offline. The server pops up for them when they search for it, but they have no access to it.

I am wondering how to fix this. Any tips?

or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

You probably need to forward ports.

I assume you have a router.

Look for your router. Then select TS2. ALso note that if it asks you to buy something, just click 'skip ad'.

Also note, You most likely need to give your friends the same ip seen on

www.whatismyip.com

You can connect with the ip you have now. But they need the one from whatismyip
