Constantly Transmitting

Hi Guys,

Been using teamspeak for a few weeks now. I seem to be constantly transmitting. I do not use PTT as i don't like it.

I have adjusted the sensitivity to whisper but yet everyone can here me transmitting but say its quite quiet. Its really annoying!

I have lowered the microphone headset levels within Vista but people just say im very faint. it doesn't stop the activation of the microphone!

Any help would be appreciated, its driving me up the wall!

Great idea, wrong direction.

When you set it to whisper, that means that it'll transmit when you whisper.

If you set it to shout, that means you have to shout in order for it to transmit.

In short, try the other direction. Just push it to the right till it stops. Then say something and make sure it transmits

if you do what ZeroTKA said and the main question was about that:
Your friends does hear the silence but when you talk they hear you like whispering(not lound enought compared to their transmit).

then I guess you need to play with Volume manager recording settings.
