I'm in a public test (Default) server and I can't hear anyone.Is it just they aren't talking or is there something wrong with my setup? Before you ask, I do hear the computor lady in the background.

it is quite possible they're just not talking, i don't use their server though

oh hey the defualt channel on their server is Moderated so you have to have Voice rights to talk

If you see their green "light" light up and you do not hear anything then you have a problem. Most of the active people go to other channels.
