Connection /Web server Question/help.

Ok here we go.
My connection is fine and I can see the webserver list fine.
A friend of mine just went off to college and since she has got there she hasnt been able to connect to teamspeak or even been able to find a single server on the webserver list.
I thought originally that the college may have some sort of a block on it. If so is there any way around it?

Second I thought maybe she needed to open a port for TS, tried,Didnt work.,';[?

So any advice or thoughts on to what could be the problem .?

If i posted this in the wrong area I am sorry. I'm brand new to the community but have been using Teamspeak for years.

the solution might be more than one. The campuss networks usually restrict everyone there so they will use it for study. Some of the colleges dont give a damm. Cuz if you will enjoy it much and stuff you will get "fired" if you are not carefull because of your study results.

If there is network eduroam(last time I know there wasnt restriction with it on my college) ask her if she can use that one, it might require just a proper settings and set a pass somewhere.

So yes they most likely blocks something but not to block TeamSpeak..... its more wide use of that block.
if you will get out empty handed with eduroam try you might try build a VPN tunnel between her and TeamSpeak server, and make sure to send the blocked data over tunnel.
