when i open ts2 my computer restarts!!!

when i open team-speak 2 my computer restarts!!! why??? i have win xp could it be someting with that?? plz help me................ i had it befor and it´s worked great but now it doesn´t work.. i have even tryed reinstall it but it still don´t work.....what should i do to get it worked??? :confused:

2. adsl 0.5 telia
3. amd 2200+ (1800 mhz), 256 ddr, gf4 ti4200, avance ac97 audio

this problem often occurs when you have some logitech usb-device... it's not a TS issue, it's a problem of logitech's drivers.

i had the same problem - using an ASUS P4PE board with onboard sound. it turned out to be the AC97 chipset doing something funky so i went out and bought a soundblaster card and disabled the onboard sound. now it works....
