Recording function Illegal?

Dont know if this was brought up before..however, I found out that some people can get irrate if they woudl ever find out if their voices were recorded on TS and posted on the web without their permisson

How many agree that this feature should be taken out, since this can be easily Exploited!!

I don't think that TS can get blamed for anything... Whenever someone switches on recording, he is the one who's responsible for everything he does with the recorded file.

The only way for you not to get recorded is not to talk... Or perhaps you should make sure that whoever you're talking to doesn't have the "Rec" behind his name or that you can trust him that he won't switch it on when you're in a game without telling you.

But in any case, there were many users that asked for a feature which allows recording.
So again: TeamSpeak just provides the possibility to record things. But it always was possible and always will stay possible to record stuff, you just have to know how. I think, that's why there is no feature which asks everyone for permission. Also it would be hard to realize such a feature, because a request could kick you out of your game.
And even in reality it's possible to record whatever you want... but you always have to remain that the one who records things is the one who's guilty, not the manufacturer of dictating machines.
So whenever you record stuff you should ask everyone for his permission.
