Cant get on Public Servers

Ok i have been using TS for a couple months now and i was able to join the public servers just fine until installed the new update. I can still join a server in my local address book, but whenever i try to join any of the public servers it says "No reply from server Maybe the server is offline or maybe teamspeak is not running on it." Am i doing something wrong. I have a 933mhz running Win ME

did you try the correct adresses? because publics changed their ports from 9500; 9600; 9700 to 8767; 10050; 10060.

so the new public-adresses are:
voice.teamspeak.org:8767
voice.teamspeak.org:10050
voice.teamspeak.org:10060
