Nothing bout lag etc.

Just when i have TS on, ill either walk everywhere - or ill only be able to press two button and trying to be silent, to move and to talk - it makes me run. It changes cause i press Numlock.

Anyone know how to sort this???

Yes. Deactivate NumLock and dont bind anything to the NumLock key. Its a problem in DirectInput not in Teamspeak. There is even a post in the FAQ section.
Some people use the deactivate direct input option in teamspeak but you wont be able to use any keybinds in teamspeak when you do it. So to say, if you are using voice activation you can give it a try, else you got to live without numlock.
