First off, let me say "Team Speak Rules"! Excellent job. I just started using TeamSpeak recently and I love it.
One suggestion that comes to mind, would be the ability to leave a voice message on the server, kinda like voice mail, so users can check messages left when they are not logged in. This could be either server or client side. If it is client side, the server could let a user know he has a message from a client and direct them to the message. I realize it is easier said then done, but I am sure you could work out the details. Keep up the great work.
