Webpost Settings

Can someone tell me how to add the link in the following settings so that the name of the server is a clicking link when someone views the server listing produced by webpost;

AdminEmail=na
ISPLinkURL=na
ISPName=Private
ISPCountry=Earth
Enabled=1
PostURL=
ListPublic=1

I have tried placing the URL in the obvious places but I believe I am missing some formatting some where.
