OK, I am looking to get a TS server up and running. I am having a cable modem (1.5Mb line) installed tomorrow and I will need to split that line to 2 maybe 3 different computer.
1. Main computer
2. Purely Video capture (Might or might not be on the netwrok)
3. A TS server
What kind of system should I build? How many TS Clients can I support? And finally, what do I do if I can't get a Static IP?

Cable modems for non commercial use are usually not full-duplex. So your upstream is limited. This is where your bottle neck will be. This is why most people go with a seperate host. If you are only getting a few people on your ts server then you should be just fine.
You don't need a super computer to run a ts server and since your limited by your bandwidth, unless you go with a seperate host, you will not have to spend a pretty penny on a server to get up and running.
Your # of connects you can support is based on the pipe your using. I explained a little at the top of this post.
There are a few options if you don't get a static. There are free apps out there you can upload to a web site you run where your ip is put into a web link. Your members go there to get your new ip as it changes and if you want to get fancy just add in the ts server info to the hyperlink and you will always have a link people can click and it will open their ts app and log them in.

Well, I play WW2 Online and it is a very resourse intensive game. So I am not to thrilled about finding out what my upstream is (200K something like that). SO how do I go with a host? Know of any hosts I can use? What am I looking for with a prospective host?
I am also designing a Web Site for my squad, can I publish the web site and have TS on the same host?
I know... I am such a n00b
