New to TS2. Plz help!

Installed TS2 for the first time so i can play AA with my squad but there is a problem.

When i connect to the server I get some person saying 'ERROR'
'Got a bad response from server.'

Also when I go to the Web Server List and try to Update List all I get is 'Error geting list.'
