Server under firewallNAT

Hi i have a problem, in my firewall i put the Nat chains to redirect at another my internal IP where there is a TSS Server under UDP port 8767 but this dont work, i test the NAT chains for other ports i open in the same server like 80,25,110 all in TCP but the UDP 8767 dont work. If i call the server in private lan its ok but if i try to call with IP public give me error.
can Anyone help me?

are you trying to call your TS server (installed in your LAN) over the public IP from a PC inside of your LAN ?

if i try to call my server with private IP with pc in my lan is ok, if i try to call server whit public IP with out side pc got a error. and also if i try to call server with public ip with a pc in my lan give me error..
This is strance because in put firewall i put also the chains for port 14534 TCP for admin in remote and this is ok, i can access with outside pc in remote admin, the same rules i give at UDP 8767 but nothing..
