You should not run a firewall if you already have this, but if you choose too, it is your machine. Now, with that being said. So you have the ports open in the router? Make sure you have the right IP address for that port as well. This can get confusing I know with alot of machines on a network. Now, if those are all in place. Have you rebooted the server? Try that and see if it will open any ports that you may have changed since last reboot.
