I can't talk to others

Hi, I have download team speak recently, when i use it, I can heard others, but I can't talk.I have Maxi sound muse soundcard, Asus P4B266 motherboard card,GE Force2 Mx400, windows 98se and a Labtec Axis-002 headset.Please give me the right setting that I may use or give hints on how to use it. It's maybe the setting of my computer, I really don't knock.
